    [the defendant confesses that Sir George Blundell has bequeathed her a portion of £1,200 under his Will (X520/166), that the plaintiff has paid the maintenance directed by the Will, that in April last she attained the age of 18 and is entitled to her portion, and that she has received £150, part thereof, which she has put out at interest on security in her own name. The plaintiff has said that the great part of the money raised to pay her portion is at interest upon securities]. (Order that Sir Miles Cooke, knight do examine the securities and if satisfied order them to be assigned to the defendant's guardian in trust, and the plaintiff to pay what is lacking, and also £50 to be deposited in the hands of the defendant in case the interest on the portion be not paid) [copy on paper]
