    (Body to be buried in the innermost chancel of Cardington Church near the body of his late daughter Sarah Blundell) Bequests: to the poor of Cardington £20; to sisters Mrs Sarah Trice and Mrs Frances Havergale, annuities of £20 each; to his now daughter Sarah Blundell, £1,500, £40 per quarter until said £1,500 be paid, £20 for mourning, and a further £100 if she be living at time of death of his daughter Sandys; to youngest daughter Elizabeth Blundell, £1,200 at age of 18 or day of marriage, and until then yearly sum of £30 till age of 16, and then of £40; and if either daughter should die a further £500 to the survivor, with residue of portion to daughter so dying, to son George Blundell (Gives the guardianship of his daughter Elizabeth until 21 to wife, and if she marries to his sister Trice, and if the latter die, to his said trustees) (Gives to his sister Sarah Trice of Brampton (county Huntingdonshire), widow, Richard Naylor of Offord Danes (county Huntingdonshire), esquire, George Houghton of Marston Moretaine, gentleman and Edward Haberfield of the Middle Temple, gentleman, an annuity of £50 to be paid to his daughter Elizabeth Sandys (wife of Edwyn Sandys, esquire) if her said husband shall die or be put out of his military employment; [recites agreement by said Edwyn Sandys to pay £60 yearly for separate maintenance of his wife]). Further bequests: to wife £30 for mourning; to sisters Trice and Havergale and niece Haberfeild £20 each for mourning; and £20 to said trustees … Devises to his trustees Richard Naylor, George Houghton and Edward Haberfeild and Sarah Trice, his Rectory of Cardington with the appurtenances thereof, and all his freehold lands (not in jointure with his wife), with the timber, (desiring his son to renew the lease of Cardington Rectory), for 30 years after his decease, and all his personal estate. Bequeathes to his wife his Judgements obtained against his wife's mother and brother for £1,000 debt, on condition that she grants a licence to his son to cut timber on her jointure lands, for sale for payment of his daughter's portions. Devises to his son George, his said freehold and leasehold property, charged with said legacies, annuities etc., and bequeathes to him £25 for mourning, and his study of books at the Manor House and at Fenlake Barnes; and in case of his (George's) death, the said freehold lands and Rectory to be charged with annuity of £50 for separate maintenance of his daughter Sandys.
