… Devises all her real estate [no details] to her sister Anne Harvy for life, and then to "cozen" George Blundell, esquire. Bequeathes to her sister Anne, the benefit of her lease of Fenlake Barnes and of the Rectory of Cardington, and her household stuff for life, and then to George Blundell; and an annuity of £20 payable out of her leasehold and lands of inheritance, to "cousin" Sarah Tryce
