… the messuage and the said 2 closes called Gornes and Pinsors alias Pursors, lying between the ground of George Pursor and Katherine Palmer and a little lane called Iverie Lane extending all along the East side, and a close called Little Hatchfeild and a close late of Thomas Hillarsden, esquire (being part of the Wood Close) on the West, and abutting South on the South end of Iverie Lane and Wood Close Gate, and North on the common green of Wilshamstead (to hold to Elizabeth Bussey and heirs and assigns for ever)
(also covenant to levy a Fine).
