    i) William Tompson of Little Stanmore (county Middlesex), yeoman ii) Eustace Nedham of Little Wymondley (county Hertfordshire), esquire iii) Francis Taverner of Hexton, esquire … of the Rectory or Parsonage Impropriate of Wilshamstead, with all tithes in Wilshamstead or within the hamlet or "Inshipp" of Cotton End alias West Cotton in Wilshamstead; and also a messuage in Wilshamstead in occupation of "Raufe" Spenceley and Lawrence Albone called "the Parsonage Howse alias the Burysteed Howse", and Burysteed Close (5 acres) adjoining the said messuage; and the closes called Goldington Field (40 acres) and Crosse Meade (10 acres) [no details]. (to the use of ii) for life, and then to use of Frances now wife of ii) for life in full satisfaction for her dower; (tithes excepted).
