    i) Henry Every, esquire (eldest son of Sir Simon Every of Eggington (county Derbyshire), baronet) ii) Henry Ibbetson of Leeds (county Yorkshire), esquire Samuel Burrough, esquire, a Master of High Court of Chancery Frances Ibbetson, spinster (sister of said Henry Ibbetson, and daughter of Samuel Ibbetson of Leeds, esquire deceased) iii) Mary and Ann Every (the two daughters of said Sir Simon Every) (on the marriage of Henry Every and Frances Ibbetson) [recites: A) Will of Sir Henry Every of Eggington, baronet, dated 14 May 1709; whereby he devised his Manor of Newton Solney with appurtenances and tithes (Newton Wood excepted), to wife Dame Ann for life, with remainder to brother (Sir) Simon Every for life, remainder to Henry Every for life and to his first and other sons in tail male, with remainder to the second and every other son of said Sir Simon Every and heirs male, with remainder to his brother John Every for life and to his first and other sons in tail male, with remainder to Henry, Lord Herbert and his heirs for ever. And also devised to his said brother John Every, his Manor of Eggington with tithes, and the Rectory and advowson of Eggington, and also Newton Wood; and all other property in Eggington and Newton Solney (both county Derbyshire), for life and to his first and other sons in tail male, with remainder to (Sir) Simon Every for life, with remainder to Henry Every and to his first and other sons in tail male, with remainder to the second and every other son of Simon Every in tail male, with remainder in fee to said Henry, Lord Herbert, with power for the said Henry Every and every son of his brothers John and Simon to take any estate limited by the said Will to settle £100 per annum on any woman they should marry for every £1,000 they should receive as a marriage portion. B) that John Every is dead without issue. C) Covenant to levy a Fine, dated 28 February 1736/7: i) Sir Simon, Henry and John Every (sons of the said Sir Simon) ii) John Wakelin of the Inner Temple, gentleman iii) Foot Gregg of the Six Clerks Office, gentleman iv) Rowland Cotton of Ettwall, esquire German Pole of Radbourn, esquire (both in county Derbyshire) [2 folios of uses]. D) that the said Henry Every has advanced £1,000 to said Sir Simon] . (in consideration of marriage portion of £5,000) … various farms [rents and occupiers given] in Newton Solney, given in satisfaction of dower.
