    William Edward Slumbers of Taylors Buildings, St Martins Lane, St Martin in the Fields, Westminster (county Middlesex), confectioner (only brother and heir at law of Robert Slumbers of Jamaica, West Indies, deceased, the eldest son and heir at law of Mary Slumbers (wife of James Slumbers of Compton Street, Soho (county Middlesex), staymaker), both deceased, which said Mary was one of the two daughters and co-heirs at law of Mary Pritty of the Tower of London, widow, a niece and devisee of Edward Gibson, formerly of Hawnes and afterwards of Appleby [sic], gentleman; which said William Edward Slumbers is also the cousin and heir at law of --- Berry of Essex Street, Strand, spinster, deceased, the only daughter and heir at law of Judith Berry (wife of --- Berry of same, bookbinder), both deceased, which said Judith was the other daughter and co heir of Mary Pritty, and Mary (wife of said William Edward Slumbers), to Reverend John George Gibson of South Hiendley near Pontefract (county Yorkshire) [recites X520/66] … The moiety of: a messuage or farm called [blank] in Norwood End in Hawnes, and 63 acres [ ] roods [ ] perches of land, set out as [3½ lines left blank]; in occupation of Edward Lancaster.
