    Francis Lord Cottington, master, and Sir Benjamin Rudyerd, knight, surveyor of the Court of Wards and Liveries, to Edmond Heath (son and heir of George Heath). [Recites that the King has agreed to grant a general livery to Edmond Heath of all the property that descended to him as heir of his father George Heath, on receipt of a correct valuation of the property. Edmond Heath covenants to pay the expenses of the King's Auditor who is to check the valuation, and to pay twice the yearly value of any property omitted therefrom.
