    i) Thomas Marriott, 7 London Terrace, Nine Elms Lane, Surrey (former address) now of Park Terrace, Upper Bangor, North Wales, seed merchant (a member of the Royal Standard Permanent Benefit Building Society) ii) said Thomas and Henrietta his wife iii) Mary Jane Hide, Park Terrace etc. spinster iv) John Thomas Hide, 35 Woodgate Street, Nine Elms Lane etc. v) Henry Pulsford, Camberwell Green, Surrey, gentleman Thomas Smith, 7 Hills Place, Oxford Street, Middlesex, gentleman Robert Eustace, Maple Road, Penge, Surrey, gentleman (trustees of the Society) Reciting death and will of William Hide and the remarriage of his widow with Thomas Marriott and the admission of ii), iii) and iv) as tenants to the property on 23, 24 May 1861 to hold unto Henrietta Mariott until her decease and then 2 undivided 1/3rd parts to Mary Jane and John Thomas Hide.
