Reciting will of Robert Cotching dated 2 December 1862 by which he devised all his freehold estates to use of sister Elizabeth Ridgway and nephew John Cotching in trust for sale. Copyhold estates also to be disposed of by trustees. Robert Cotching died on 15 March 1864. Will proved (Northampton) on 28 October 1864
