    i) John Birdsey, Leighton Buzzard, dealer in china ii) William Dawson junior, builder, Leighton Buzzard iii) John Odell Agutter, carpenter, Leighton Buzzard now in consideration of £20..5s paid to i) by ii) i) conveys to ii) ... plot of land in Vandyke furlong, Leighton Buzzard as now staked out North West: 25 ft 10 inches in width South East: 20 ft 4 inches in width North East and South West: 90 ft in depth bounded North West: Lower America North East: late i) now iii) South East: i) South West: British Lancasterian School said plot of land forms part of close of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 5 perches which was conveyed by Colonel Henry Hanmer to i) by deed of 20 December 1852 ... right of way or passage from public street to place where well is likely to be made, and over strip of ground in breadth 1 ft 6 inches on North East side of said piece of land and which is conveyed by i) to ii) and which with similar strip of land forming part of above land, is intended to be used as a passageway 3 ft wide for the common benefit of ii) and iii) i) agrees to preserve the deed of 20 December 1852 (as above) and also a covenant for the production of title deeds of the same date ii) and iii) agree to complete a well with proper tackle on the boundary line between them and will also build a brick wall 4 feet high in South East direction to land of i) on the boundary line between the premises.
