Admission of Thomas Cotchin, Grovebury, Leighton Buzzard, farmer, on the surrender of Ann Fowler, Billington, Leighton Buzzard, widow, and John Hickman Binyon, late of Lidlington, and then of Northaw, Hertfordshire, schoolmaster, the surviving trustees of the will of George Fowler, Billington, yeoman, deceased (who sold the property to Thomas Cotchin, for £650) to ... piece of land in Grovebury Field, Billington, Leighton Buzzard (22 acres 20 perches), being part of a plot of land containing 27 acres 1 rood 26 perches to which Ann Fowler and John Hickman Binyon had been admitted tenants North East: Leighton Buzzard and Hemel Hempstead Road East: Slapton Road South East: remaining part of said plot of land allotment to Sarah Drage, widow South West: Grovebury Farm North West: freehold plot of land this day conveyed by Ann Fowler and John Hickman Binyon to Joseph Cotchin said piece of land is to be fenced with quickset fence on North West side at expense of Thomas Cotchin and to be kept in repair by owners of piece of ground thereby surrendered
