Mr. Place will forward the Lancaster correspendence this evening, which certainly ought to be seen as SW has undertaken to adjust Lancaster's affairs if possible. Is collecting information about Lancaster and the Trustees which shall be communicated. Power and money are the points on which the matter rests. Unless the parties agree to arbitration doubts if the matter can be settled. Thinks the Trustees and Lancaster should sign some agreement.
