Reciting will Arthur Ellingham late citizen and dyer of London, 3 January 1737, leaving 6 acres land etc. to nephew Arthur Ellingham subject to payment annuity £5 to niece Allice Ellingham:
will Arthur Ellingham the nephew late of Stanbridge dated 5 April 1766, by which he gave land to son Arthur Ellingham subject to payment £10 to daughter Elizabeth Bonner
will Arthur Ellingham the son late of Greenfield, Flitton, yeoman, dated 24 May 1779, by which he bequeathed to wife Elizabeth and kinsman John Bishop of Toddington
... 9½ acres in Stanbridge then in occupation Daniel Ellingham to sell etc. and pay £2..1s annually to his mother Sarah Ellingham for life, and residue to bring up two daughters Jemima and Luezza;
