Reciting surrender out of court 24 September 1733 by Anne Grace, widow (hands Robert and Thomas Ashwell) to the use of William Gurney of Linslade, Buckinghamshire, yeoman, her nephew, of following property, charged with annuity for life to Anne Grace of £3, and on her death annuity to Sarah Monk £4, besides the annuity of £6 payable to her by will of Mary Gurney deceased, he to allow Sarah Monk for life use of two rooms below stairs and the two rooms over them, being the tiled end of the cottage, with her little garden adjoining, and use of brick barn and the little yard and pump and pumphouse
