    to wife Mary, the inn or public house in Leighton Buzzard called the Raven, now untenanted, for her life or until remarriage, and then to son John Stringer and heirs to wife house and bakehouse in Lidlington with pightle of sweard now in occupation John Odell for life or until remarriage, then to daughter Mary Stringer to wife cottage in Boughton end in Lidlington in occupation William Roe, and cottage in Hill End, Lidlington with pightle now in occupation Joseph Gobby, and cottage in Hill End in occupation William Burgin, for life or until remarriage, then to daughter Elizabeth Stringer in case of wife's death, trustee to be John Berrie of Wootton, yeoman and Joseph Bevan, Ridgmont, yeoman to wife wearing apparel, household goods and furniture (except the coppers, milk leads, churns and all utensils belonging to the dairy business) to trustees all goods and utensils belonging to dairy business to sell and dispose of and divide money between children, son John to have £100 more than the others to trustees £5 each made 7 November 1770 witnesses: John Brown, William Nicles, William Godfrey
