    i) James Hawkins, Leighton Buzzard, baker ii) Thomas Sharpe, Leighton Buzzard, locksmith Conveyance (Lease and Release and counterpart Release) by i) to ii) for £75 ... the east part of the inn called the Raven in High Street, i.e. the lower room in front, next the gatehouse, and the little room behind the same, and the little place under the stairs belonging to the other part of the messuage not intended to be sold, the chambers and garrets over the same, the gatehouse chamber and garret over the same (but not the gatehouse), the cellar under the said lower room and the room behind the same, and the little "vacancy" or place next the street in the cellar behind or by the chimney in the said cellar under a front room of James Hawkins not intended to be sold ... that thatched and boarded barn of one bay and the "Bogghouse" therein (which "Bogghouse" is to be taken away by James Hawkins and erected on some other ground belonging to the inn, and to be used and enjoyed when rebuilt in common by the inhabitants of the east part of the messuage as well as the unsold part) which barn stands next the Cock Inn, and fronts towards the gatehouse ... piece of ground at the south end of the barn as now staked out in length 14 feet and in width 10 feet ... liberty for ii) from time to time to brew, wash and do all things that are necessary in the brewhouse and wash house belonging to the inn on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and to draw, or pump and carry away water out of or from the pump in the said washouse from time to time ... liberty to pass through the gatehouse and yard from Friday lane in or over a piece of ground now or late Arthur Tarsey's that belonged to a messuage formerly called the Mermaid
