i) Henry Slow, Luton, Bedfordshire, farmer and sole executor and residuary legatee in last will of Henry Slow, late of Luton, his father, who was the younger son of Edward Slow late of Kensworth, Hertfordshire, deceased, and surviving trustee in RY141 ii) John Sutton, Markyate Street, Caddington, gentleman Reciting Lease and Release 6/7 January 1727 and provisions in same [RY141] and will of John Slow [RY146], and that Henry Slow survived Martha and Agnes and died having made will 14 July 1779, and the probate of the will, and that by the death of Martha Gower without issue i) is entitled to £40 and interest for same Surrender by i) to ii) in consideration of £54..10s of term of 200 years created in messuage and lands at Kensworth
