reciting that John Fountayne of Cheddington, Buckinghamshire, yeoman, has demised and leased to i) all lands in Eggington and Clipston as in schedule annexed to present indenture, by deed dated 14 December 1616 (all of which lands i) had assigned to his mother Joan, now wife of John Fountaine, in lieu of her right of dower in property of her late husband William Man deceased) for 40 years or joint lives of Joan and John Fountaine at annual rent £14
