Recommends Mr Lovelock, carpenter and builder, Bloomsbury, to take the son of the late Mr Elger. Writer has worked with him for Lord William Russell at Langley Bury. A man might be found to teach the son to draw plans, as Mr Lovelock is not much of a surveyor. He would be taken into and live as one of the family. Premium £150.
