Encloses W1/3384. Mrs Ann Robinson is niece of the late collector of tolls at Potton, Matthew Rugeley, and her husband Mr R W Robinson, a Bedford grocer, is his executor. Writer has told Mr Spicer he might collect the tolls until Michaelmas, and they would then be let. There is some political interest involved. Writer asks for instructions as to what to do.
