For [13th] Lord St John to be freed from the responsibility of paying, the consent of Mr Serjeant Vaughan and Rev J Forster is needed, also that of the trustees Mr Gordon, Jacob Whitbread, and Mr. Jennings, founded on SWII's engagement to pay interest at 5% on the £7241 due under his father's will. If the trustees agree, the writer will do his best to get Lord St John to agree.
