    Asks for appointment. Will be accompanied by Lord Perceval. An application to prosecute the Editor of the News for criminal libel was met by a demand for an affidavit from Lady Perceval. She cannot say that the letters published were forgeries. Asks if Lady Anne Hamilton will give such an affidavit. If proceedings are not now instituted, Editor will say letters were true.
