The Regent will make his speech on 30th. Robert Corbett has received his appointment. Duchess of Manchester delivered letter to writer at Kimbolton yesterday. Has to return at once, but would like to accept invitation at Christmas. There is a report in London that SW intends to move an amendment to the King's speech. Thinks he must approve of all that has been done in this last most prosperous campaign.
