Lord Wellesley has declined his commission from the [Prince] Regent, who has honoured writer with his
confidence. Asks them to advert to his previous letter, and if they think the dispositions described therein likely to have a beneficial result, asks them to grant an interview. If satisfactory, he would then solicit the Regent to address them personally.
