Title
Milton Ernest. The Vicarage. A black and white photographic postcard of The Vicarage, which is now known as "Woodlands". It is a two storey, large detached building with french windows opening out to the lawned garden. There are several decorative chimney stacks on the roof and apparently parts of the building date back to 1694. No indication of publisher.

Card sent to Mrs Roberts, Woodland View, Corby, Kettering. Message reads "Dear Mother. Just to wish you a very happy birthday although it isn't very bright. I was excited about the Play yesterday so you will have this Sat., instead of Friday. Better late than to think I've forgotton you. best love (unreadable). Horace came over last Sat and took me on the river."
