IV [1826/7], and have pulled down messuage to be conveyed; Harriet Fordham has agreed to join in conveyance to extinguish her right of dower in premises NOW consideration: £110 paid by ii) to i) grant to ii) - piece or parcel of ground in Well Street in the parish of St .Paul Bedford, late in the occupation of John Dunton, comprising the site of a Blacksmith's shop pulled down by ii) :E. site of messuage late in the occupation of ... purchased by i) of ... :W. site of messuage late in the occupation of ... purchased by i) of ... with joint use of well, yard, gateway etc. endorsed: receipt by i) to ii) for £110 release endorsed: note of registration of freehold title in H.M.
