IV [1826/7], and have pulled down the messuage to be conveyed NOW consideration: £93 paid by ii) to i), i) grant to ii) - piece or parcel of ground in Well Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, late in the occupation of George Prudden, comprising the site of the said messuage lately pulled down :E. site of messuage late in the occupation of Susana Pell, widow, purchased by the Trustees of John William Fordham :W. site of messuage late in the occupationof John Ridge, lately purchased by the Trustees of Edward King Fordham with joint use of well, yard, etc endorsed: receipt by i) to ii) for £93 release endorsed: note of registration of freehold title in H.M.
