- to the Reverend Mr Samuel Saunderson of Bedford and Richard Smith of Bedford, butcher, all property in Harrowden and Fenlake, Cardington, and in Elstow in the occupation of William Brooks [as in HT1/14/4], and Bull's Farm, Eastcotts, to hold for 99 years from date of death on trust to be given to John Stockdale of Bedford, salesman, for the life of testator's nephew, Randall Leach, to the use of Randall Leach and his heirs, or if none, to the use of testator's nephew John Leach and his heirs witnesses: John Pepiatt Emerson Plumpton Dixie Gregory extracted by Thomas Hornbuckle, Deputy Registrar of the Archdeaconary of Bedford attested by R.H.
