i) John Kirke of Finchley, Middlesex, butcher (son and heir of Rose, the late deceased wife of Robert Kirke, late of Bedford, weaver, deceased, which said Rose was the sole daughter and heir of William Lawrence, deceased) and William Lawrence of Bedford, woollen draper (son and heir of Jacob Lawrence, late of Bedford, deceased) ii) Edward Munne of Bedford, cordwainer Recites that the property to be conveyed was purchased by the said William Lawrence deceased of the said Jacob Lawrence by indenture of 13 July 43 Eliz. I [1601] NOW consideration: £35 paid by ii) to John Kirke, i) grant to ii) - two messuages or tenements lying together in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, one lately in the occupation of ... Clare, widow, and the other lately in the occupation of the said Robert Kirke :N.
