1) John Pennyfather of Bedford, cordwainer and Judith his wife (heretofore Judith Woodroffe, grand daughter and divisee of John Woodroffe)
2) Benjamin Johnson of Bedford, carpenter.
3) Robert Henry Gibbon of Bedford, gent.
In consideration of £45 paid by 2) to 1)
- New erected cottage with appurtenances in the parish of St Cuthbert now in the occupation of John Pennyfather. East a garden in the occupation of Jonathan Stevens, West and South farmyard formerly of William and Richard Parker and now of Daniel Attack, North two tenements lately purchased by Benjamin Johnson from John and Judith Pennyfather and now in the occupation of William Pennyfather and widow Phillips. The said cottage was lately erected by John Pennyfather on part of the ground appurtenant to the cottage in the will of John Woodroffe in the occupation of Thomas Sweatman.
To the use of John Isitt during the natural life of Benjamin Johnson in trust.
