To grand daughter Sophia Woodroffe cottage with appurtenances situate in the parish of St Cuthbert now in the occupation of the widow Manton.
To grand daughter Judith Woodroffe cottage with appurtenances situate in the parish of St Cuthbert now in the occupation of Thomas Sweatman, and £20.
To daughter Elizabeth Woodroffe rest of my lands not otherwise disposed of, goods, chattles and personal estate and effects subject to payment of debts and legacy to grand daughter Judith.
