1) Thomas Parker of Woburn, surgeon. 2) William Parker and Richard Parker both of Bedford, merchants. 3) John Woodroffe of Bedford, brazier. 4) John Parker of Bedford, doctor of physic. 5) James Woodroffe of Bedford, carpenter. In consideration of £57 paid by 3) to 2) by the direction of 1) and 10 shillings paid by 3) to 1) by the direction of 2). 1) and 2) convey to 3) messuage now divided into two tenements in the parish of St Cuthbert, Bedford fomerly in the occupation of Katherine Radwell and now of Thomas Sweatman and Henry Clarke. A messuage late in the tenure of John Church and now belonging to Eleanor Button, widow being on the east part, the farm yard and premises of William and Richard Parker being on the west and south parts and the common street on the north.
