To daughter Ann £300, my silver tankard, all the furniture in my best lodging room, 3 pair of sheets, 3 pair of pillow cases, 3 pair of napkins. All real estate in Bedford and elsewhere to sons William and Richard Parker as tenants in common. All leasehold estates to sons William and Richard Parker equally between them. All stock in trade, household furniture, plate, linen, monies and securities for monies debts and all other personal estate (not herein before disposed of) to sons William and Richard Parker subject to payment of debts and funeral expenses. William and Richard Parker named joint executors.
