IV for the better management of the Trust Estates NOW consideration: £1000 paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii) - messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Angel Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, formerly in the occupation of Richard Lovesey, afterwards of Betty Watkins, and lately of Thomas Gurney, and the garden, yard and gateway adjoining the said messuage :N. messuage, garden and premises in the occupation of Reverend Samuel Hillyard :E. part on Angel Street, and part on the preparatory school of the Bedford Charity :S. and W. garden and yard belonging to the Hospital of the same Charity endorsed: receipt by i) to ii) for £1000 also endorsed: note of registration of freehold title in H.M.
