    1) William Staines of Biddenham, gent, extecutor of the will of Henry Staines late of Bromham, gent his late father deceased who was executor of William Staines of Bedford, vintner also deceased which said William Staines first named is also administrator of Elizabeth Horton late of Bedford, deceased. 2) Katherine Radwell of Bedford, widow 3) William Parker of Bedford, baker. 4) John Parker of Bedford, surgeon and apothecary. Recites Mortgage of 1 February 1724 (Z1583/1/1). Elizabeth Horton did acknowledge that the sum of 25 pounds mentioned to be lent to John Radwell was the proper money of William Staines deceased only made use of by her in trust for him. Account made up between 1) and 2) £38 15s and upward is owing to 1) by 2). Now 3) has paid to 1) as part of the purchase price £28 18s and 4) has paid to 1) 5s and 1) at the request of 2) has acquitted and discharged the said William and John Parker. 1) conveys to 3) & 4) the messuage together with the receited term of one thousand eyars yet to come and unexpired.
