    i) Nathaniel Paice of London, merchant ii) Nathaniel Mason of London, merchant, and Dyer Bond of Southwark, assignees of estate and effects of John Steward. iii) John Steward iv) Richard Lovesey of Bedford, gentleman v) Francis Mason of Bedford, innholder Recites: Indenture of assignment of 12 January 1740 - [HT1/7/24 F] whereas: John Steward (father of iii) had died and appointed iii) as sole executor. iii) had proved the will in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. The said Thomas Edwards being also dead, the property and term of years became vested in i) by survivorship. Recites: HT1/7/27 & 28 and sale of premises to Richard Lovesey NOW consideration: 5s. paid by v) to i) , i) at the direction of ii), iii) and iv) grants to v) - premises as in HT1/7/25. to hold for residue of term of 99 years in trust for iv) and heirs. witnesses: Edward Grove Samuel Smith seals: 6 applied on ribbons signatures : i), ii) and iii)
