    1) Katherine Radwell of Bedford, widow. 2) William Parker of Bedford, baker. Recites indenture of 1st February 1724 - Mortgage John Radwell & Katherine Radwell to Elizabeth Horton (Z1583/1/1) . John Radwell and Elizabeth Horton both since deceased. 1) has agreed with 2) the absolute purchase of the freehold and inheritance for the price of 41 pounds. Mortgage intended to be assigned with the freehold. - Messuage in St Cuthberts, Bedford formerly in the tenure or occupation of Humphry Merill and afterwards of James Bramblin and since of Joseph Reeves and now or late of the said Katherine Radwell. East - messuage formerly in the tenure of Widow Emery and since Isaac Emery her son and now or late of John Church. West - the tenement of William Parker, North - the common street and South - garden (formerly ley ground) now in the possession of Richard Lane. Messuage devised to Katherine Radwell by the will of her late father Joseph Reeves, deceased.
