i) John Smith of Bedford, butcher, (surviving trustee named in the will of William Odell of Bedford, deceased [see HT1/7/9]) and William Odell of Bedford, grocer, (son and heir of William Odell deceased, who was son and heir of William Odell of Goldington, butcher, deceased) ii) Samuel Adey of New lnn, Westminster, Middlesex, gentleman iii) Richard Freeborn of Bedford, grocer consideration: 10s. paid by ii) to i) and for barring entails and establishing the premises on William Odell, i) grant to ii) - messuage, tenement or dwelling house now divided into two dwellings in Angel Street otherwise Sheep's Cheaping, in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, now or late in the possession of widow Howard and widow Hawthorne :S. garden formerly of Mr. Robert Courtman, since of Mr. Francis Brace, and now of William Carter :N. house in the occupation of George Wiggins hereinafter mentioned :E. Angel Street - another messuage, tenement or dwelling house in Angel Street in the occupation of George Wiggins :S. premises described above. :N. house and ground late of Mrs. Barnardiston Riseley and now of Mrs. Judith Riseley :E.
