- Scope and Content- to son William Odell, all arable lands, leys, and sward ground, meadow etc. in Goldington, lately purchased of William Faldoe, gentleman, deceased, and all tithes of corn, grain, hay and other tithes of the same lands, in trust for discharging testator's debts and for payment of £10 to wife Martha, remainder to son William. - to son William, lands, meadows, tenements and hereditaments in Goldington purchased by testator of Edward Burridge and Job Parratt and their wives, in trust to raise 50 shillings from property annually for the life of daughter Mary Bellamy and to pay and dispose of this sum as he think most fit and convenient for the relief and subsistence of Mary Bellamy and her child or children. After death of Mary Bellamy, William is to pay £5 each to her children when they reach the age of 21, and if none, to hold the premises - to wife Martha, a messuage or tenement in Bedford in the occupation of James Matthews on condition that she allows son William to hold the Butcher's shop in the Butcher Row, Bedford, at annual rent of 30s. lf she refuses to allow the same at that rent, then he bequeaths premises to William - to son William, two messuages in Angel Street, Bedford, and the rights of remainder and inheritance of the Butchers shop devised to wife Martha. - to wife Martha, the use but not the property of all household goods and linen (except one bedstead and bedding in the chamber where l now lie, and three pair of sheets, three pewter dishes of the better sort, and one barrel and one table) for life. - to son William. all other goods etc., and the property of the household goods left to wife witnesses: F.
