i) Corporation of Bedford, viz., the Mayor, Bailiffs and Commonalty ii) Randall Taylor of Bedford, butcher lease by i) to ii) for eleven years, of - ground room under the west end of the Guildhall Chambers in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, inclosed about with a Stone Wall belonging to the foundation of the Guildhall buildings, now used with the freehold messuage formerly of Mr. Paul Bamford and now of ii), as a back room which adjoined southward upon the room or hall belonging to ii) :E. partition of the town prison called the Stone house :N. Stonehouse lane - Little yard in the same parish adjoining and lying at the west end of the same ground room as the same is pailed in :S. messuage late of Mr. William Beckett now of Mrs. Mary Bell late in the tenure of Dorothy Gascoine, widow :N. stone house lane Premises previously let to ii) by lease expiring at Michaelmas rent: 20s. per annum, payable half yearly at Lady Day and Michaelmas at the Guildhall.
