    i) Robert Gale of Newnham, Goldington, and Humfrey Skelton of Bedford, baker. ii) William Foster of Bedford, gentleman Recites: AD 152 [HT1/6/0], and bargain and sale of premises by George Skelton to Humfrey Skelton recited in HT1/6/5, and that by sundry conveyances the interest in the premises had come to Gale. NOW consideration: £70 paid by ii) to Robert Gale, Gale assigns residue of term and premises to ii) - premises as in AD152 [HT1/6/0], AD153 [HT1/6/3a], and AD154 [HT1/6/4a] endorsed: a) Memorandum that John Taylor, tenant of premises, agreed to become tenant to ii) witnesses: Thomas Foster, John Drane, Thomas Heden, Thomas Wootton signature: mark of John Taylor 28 January 1662/3 b) Assignment of mortgage by ii) to Thomas Franklin of Bedford, gentleman, and Henry Clark of Bedford, yeoman, in consideration of £55 paid to him by Humphrey Skelton.
