Copy letter to R.N. Hutchins from B.H. Kemball-Cook following the annual general meeting of Bedford & District C.A.S.E. [Confederation for the Advancement of State Education]. Reports that after Hutchins left the Annual General Meeting Canon Hulme raised the issue of a motion at the C.A.S.E. national AGM against denominational schools and compulsory religious education. His motion that the Bedford delegate should vote against the motion was voted down.
