The article is obviously the work of a craftsman who was at School at the time and I feel sure the author is Bertie Daniell (A. Scott Daniell) who was in Allen's House. The facts are more than less accurate. The Lion was raffled at the Boat Club Bazaar and it was deposited on the outside of De Choisy's House in Bushmead Avenue by a party of Sixth Lit. Boys. De Choisy was their Form Master...'
