Writer busy with final proofs of new book 'Man and the Sea: Stages in Maritime and Human Progress' Also refers to serving on a committee appointed by Lord Balfour in 1918 to examine previous schemes for world peace. The report was surpressed by Lloyd George but has been revealed by Ray Baker in Woodrow Wilson and World Peace (Vol III)
