    i) Elizabeth Dennis, daughter and one of co-heirs of Robert Dennis, late of Marston Moretaine, gentleman, deceased ii) Robert Averay of Crewys Morchard, Devon, gentleman • Half part of manor of Pilling alias Pillage with appurtenances with half part of site of manor and half capital messuage, late occupied by Roger Saunders in Marston Moretaine, with half dovehouse, barns, stables and other outhouses and appurtenances. • Half close of pasture called Bushcroft, containing 20 acres, 2 roods, 30 perches and 2 spinneys of wood adjoining said close containing 3 roods. Also half of inclosed ground called Common Bushcroft containing 22 acres 1 rood and 1 spinney adjoining containing 3 roods. Also half close of pasture called Longland containing 27 acres 2 roods and half inclosed pasture called Bigger Bushy Close, containing 26 acres and 1 grove at bottom end of close containing 4 acres 1 rood.
