Longmire family deeds & documents

The deeds and documents relate to the Longmire family who seem to have owned property in Eaton Socon, Lavendon, Buckinghamshire and in Wiltshire. The Bedfordshire deeds unfortunately do not reveal the date of the Longmire’s purchase of the Eaton Socon property, but the fact that they owned land there is confirmed by the Land Tax Returns. It has thus not been possible to arrange these purchases in the order in which they came to the estate, instead they have been arranged in chronological order, with a miscellaneous section of deeds apparently not related in the final section
