If John dies before reaching 21, land to go to James; To daughter Elizabeth, £20, £10 of which to be paid on reaching 21, and other £10 three years afterwards; To daughter Alice, £30 on reaching 21; To son James, cottage, late Barbary Topham, [As in X363/1/14], and all rest testator’s lands and possessions; Appoints son, James, sole executor Witnesses: Joseph Bassett Mark of Daniel Enfield Mark of Elizabeth Dennis
