    Refers to going to stay with friend Dymphna before returning home. Discusses remark made by writers parents that Dymphna or her family might try to convert the writer to their beliefs in Christian Science. A debate on the coalition aroused heated discussion, as did one discussing whether an Oxford or Cambridge Universtiy career had greater advantages or disadvantages for women. The Literary Society gave a reading of Galsworthy's 'The Pigeon' Has been to a lecture on X-ray work in France. The writer and Dymphna are thinking of inviting Miss Stephen for coffee; such a thing has never been done before. Refers to seeing Sydney and Theodora. Going for Division 1 rowing trials. Kings tried a new form of service which has been approved by convocation, and, if approved by parliament, will become obligatory at all churches.
