- Scope and ContentHas had examinations in administration and tactics, and has examinations in explosives and the history of the war to follow, then gunnery, maths and internal combustion engines. Grandmama has been in bed with 'flu. Aunt Amy is better. Obtained leave to go to London to see Pilsworth who was en route for Ireland. They went to the New Gallery Theatre to see the Battle Front pictures; not as exciting as the Somme film of 1916. Excellent film of Harlech Castle.
